Pre-treatment:

We operate two conventional "trike" de-greasing tanks and two off-line phosphate spray cabinets.

Blast cleaning:

Some components may require blast cleaning before painting. To meet this requirement we operate a rotary shot blasting cabinet as part of our service.

Pre-treatment:

Like all other trade powder coaters we seek to use the best and most cost effective materials on today's market. If you have a special requirement - a colour or special effect finish - we will be happy to oblige.
We will not use any material that could cause long term problems. Everything we use is from certified manufacturers and is T.G.I.C free.
